ESTI JAZZ ENSEMBLE is a research into the limits and boundaries of traditional Mediterranean music through the lens of contemporary sound languages, reinterpreting ancient melodies from the Ottoman and Byzantine worlds in their encounter with modern jazz sounds, along with incursions into electronic music.
